How do I pay?

A.

You will be prompted to pay with a Visa, MC, or Amex once you are in the 'check-out'

You should receive an email confirmation as receipt of payment, once your order has been submitted.


Q.

What is the $0.30 fee/ item for? 

 

A.

SquareSpace uses Stripe (instead of PayPal), who gets your $ to Bill Roberts electronically. Stripe charges a transaction fee, same as Square or PayPal. The market rate is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Your $0.30 per item helps absorb this fee for the school. This is a fundraiser after all!

 

Q.

When will my order be ready?

 

A.

If you submit your order (paid) by the 15th of the month, it will be ready for pick-up the 30th of the same month. Likewise, if you place your order between the 16th by the 30th, it will be ready on the 15th of the next month. This schedule will be continuous. Basically, the deadlines for placing an order are the 15th & 30th of each month. 

Example: Orders placed by Nov 15 will be ready Nov 30. Orders placed by Nov 30 will be ready Dec 15. Orders placed by Dec 15 will be ready 1st day back on Jan 6 (since school is closed Dec 30). 

You should receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.


Q.

How will my order be delivered?

A.

Delivery is to Bill Robert's front desk, only. Please stop by to pick-up your order on or after the date promised. You should also receive an email notification when your order is fulfilled. Please sign the sheet provided by office staff, confirming you have picked up your order. 


Q.

Will I get email notifications?

 

A.

Yes, you will recieve email notifications for order confirmation, and again when your order is fulfilled. Watch your SPAM folder, as notifications may get lost there.

Does the school store issue refunds?

We try not to, but can through Stripe. Please email me at alissa.stevens@gmail.com if you have any concerns about your order & we'll figure it out. Thanks in advance for your patience!
